TJ was great.
TJ was great. He took my application and worked the figures and I got exactly what I wanted. The same day I applied for the Auto I wanted with his expertise put it together . Best car buying experience!!! It’s almost 3.5 hours from where I live, but I’m a customer for life. Taylor was amazing. It was like buying a car from a good friend. She was professional and personable in the best blend. She remained in constant contact and made sure I was aware of every step. I was very anxious about driving so far to purchase a car, but it was such a pleasant experience I would hands down do it again in a heartbeat! The entire environment was laid back and happy. Not only was my vehicle pulled right to the front and ready to go, but everyone made a point to offer congratulations on our new car. The vehicle, documentation, and pricing were exactly as we had discussed. Such a vibe! My daughter is on the spectrum, not only was this far out of her comfort zone in terms of surroundings but people. Taylor did not even bat an eye to accommodate me checking in with her and allowing her to have her space. The process from start to finish was relatively smooth and quick. 10 out of 10 recommend.
