They help throughout every process and they meet my expectations and requests every service. They don't miss a beat. They always go above and beyond. Mrs Becky in the parts department is also absolutely great and she gets those parts to me fast for the mechanic. Mr. Kenny which is my mechanic out there maintains my truck perfectly. He does an outstanding job. His knowledge of these diesel trucks are incredible. He has kept my truck working perfectly the day that I purchased it. I'm a very preventive maintenance type person and Mr. Kenny takes care of all that top notch. You can't go wrong with Metter Ford.
