I made an appointment for an oil change at 9:00 @ AM. When I arrived the cars were lined up outside the door and not moving. I new I was in trouble and got out of my truck to speak with a service rep. I indicated I had an appointment and how long would it be. He said two and one-half hours. He said there were other people ahead of me. What good is it to make an appointment when a walk-in overrides your appointment. I have been going there for 20 years and will not be going back. They need to get their appointments arranged better and not so close together. There is not enough waiting room for the customers to sit. Service agent not helpfull. I will go to another car service company in Peachtree City.

The worst purchase ever from a dealership, buyer beware. Multiple vehicle issues from the time I drove it new off the lot in 2020 to today August 2022. Including theft of my son's watch from one of my service visits within the first few months of ownership. Nothing but disgusting service and will probably be called a disgruntled customer - but most are when you have the type experience like I have. Stay away!!!!

I was planning a trip and I noticed an unusual brake noise.. I was assured car was safe and made the trip without any problem. I will return for service. Very professional
