Excellent all the way!
Excellent all the way! Every person was professional and appropriate. I would recommend to anyone. There are multiple dealers in the local area. I have nothing negative to say about them. I can only say this is the second vehicle I have bought from Ford of Dalton and I won?t buy a Ford from any other dealership.

I?m satisfied with the car. My only complaint is that
I?m satisfied with the car. My only complaint is that there was only one key fab available with the car I bought From Dalton Ford. I assumed that I?d be given a second fab, but was declined when I ask for it. My feeling is that the Ford dealership should have either prearrange for a new fab to have been made or to have specified that the car only had one key fab available before we discussed the deal. I approached the local Honda dealer and a new fab will cost over $380.00 and it?s unfair for me to bear that cost. I provided two key fabs with the car I traded in, which was a Mazda Mx-5. When I bought it from the Mazda Dealer, John Ellis, Marietta, they advised me that it only had a single key fab, but they promised to have new one made. A week later I brought the car back to Jim Ellis and a key fab service company made a Mazda key fab. Now that?s what I call excellent service.
