Used Tacoma ad had no price and wanted folks to call for price so I called. Spoke with Bob. I asked for price and he said he had to ask his boss for the price and that he would call me back and wanted my number. I told him no, I had given my number out to salesmen and they bombarded me with phone calls and that he should know the price without asking his boss. All I wanted was the price! I told him that if he didn’t k ow the price I would just move along. He said “Thanks for calling.” Why is it so hard to deal with car dealers? I really appreciate the dealers who don’t okay slimy games like this. I have a 780 credit score and I am ready to buy. So tired d these types of salesmen who lie just to get tour phone number and bug the crap out of you.

Mr Russ was very straight forward with the price. He did not try to add in hidden fees, or try to pressure us to buy a car in anyway. Very easy to talk too, and get in touch with.

A wonderful experience from the start to the finish! I was treated with total professionalism by everyone that I came into contact with at the Cleveland Ford dealership. Every employee that I met or even just passed by seemed to really like to be employed there..just happy..willing to go out of their way to help me, not to"sell" me or "pressure" me in any way. I have purchased over 25 new vehicles in my lifetime and know the usual atmosphere of a car dealership quite well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in not only a quality car or truck..but a quality experience all together!
