Rick Gibson was excellent to work with. We worked out everything over the phone and I had asked him to have all the paperwork ready and we were in and out the door in a matter of 30 minutes after purchasing the vehicle. He is a great salesman! Very honest and friendly.

The service advisor was slow in responding to my service
The service advisor was slow in responding to my service request. I understand it was a holiday but I had to call multiple times over 2 days before I spoke with her. And I did not get a good response as to why some of my lug nuts were replaced by generic lugs not matching the originals though I wasn't charged for them.
