They charge me did not fix my car I took it back stayed two days and half still not fix they lied to me

From the first day, was the worst dealership I've been in. From salesman, just being untruthful, one over tags, registration filing incorrect, refund i received employee of DMV said was short, service installed a part not made for my vehicle, per phone call to Ford. Still numerous problems that haven't been addressed.

Received a safety recall notice and scheduled an appointment for the service. Drove 57 miles to the dealership only to be told the part for the recall wasn’t available and to check back in two months!! The appointment should NEVER have been scheduled! The recall notice number was given when the appointment was made and part availability should have been verified!
