Bought a used car they said no warranty with it not even
Bought a used car they said no warranty with it not even 30 days so I said so if I go off the lot and it blows up, it's mine and there's nothing you'll do. Oh no, we'll be there for you. We wouldn't let that happen and plus they go through a pre-sale inspection to make sure everything's OK. The night I took delivery on my way home around midnight I get pulled over because I have one missing headlight and no tag lights at all. I called them. They said bring it in I went and bought a lightbulb to change it the next day and I changed the tag lights on my own. I brought it the next day. I had a weird humming and I needed the other light replaced. The light I put in. I guess the housing was bad that fell and broke so that light went back out called my salesman. He said he'd be right over to the service department. He was working on getting me a loaner car. I never received a loaner car. My salesman never came over. I called him twice more finally after an hour and 40 minutes of being there he said oh I'm sorry I'll be right over. Give me five minutes 45 minutes later I called him again. He said he was in a meeting. Couldn't come over. I took the car three days later to dodge for a courtesy inspection. They informed me I had about $7000 in Repairs. I had three Oil weeks. I had bad rotors and pads on the back my window washer hose was broken. I paid that out-of-pocket $260 and I needed a new battery so they gave me the new battery and I went on my way. I will never do business with that place again on the way I always treated the salesman. Champ was two-faced a liar and never helped me out every time I called him he would ignore me until he needed to get the paper signed the following week and he came in to my restaurant on a Friday night at happy hour and had me sign papers. Very poor customer service. I will inform everyone to stay clear of that dealership.
