Brought my GMC truck for an oil change because I thought I'd get superior service. That didn't happen, Jiffy Lube or Walmart would have done a better job.

The service was fine.
The service was fine. Steve was great and always has been. He takes very good care of me. But the people answering the phones don't know what they are doing. I actually had to drive to the dealership to talk to Steve about making a service appointment. This is not the first time I had to do this.
