My car was repaired in a timely manner but my service
My car was repaired in a timely manner but my service manager had an emergency and was out for a week and no one else would return my calls or answer my messages. So my car sat for a week until he returned to work. Upon his return he contacted me and had my car delivered to my house. When if anyone would have responded we would have been happy to pick it up a week earlier when it was ready and my wife wouldn't have had to go without a vehicle while I was out of town for a family emergency.
