It was fine.
It was fine. I will say, after going to Autonation for 3 years for my oil changes and tire rotations, I was shocked. Every time i have been there, my windshield washer fluid was low and the light was on. For the first time in three years, they actually filled my windshield washer fluid. Probably just filled with water, but whatever, color me shocked. Otherwise, if i didn't pay for my oil changes and tire rotations when i bought the explorer, i would not be going there. Never really wowed at this place. Really not the best place.

Final Bill did not equal quote.
Final Bill did not equal quote. Told two batteries would cost $236.43 (each) which included labor for installation. (Which I specifically asked about labor) The time frame to get this done would be about an hour. They added $57.41 for labor, $72 for “Misc. Charges, and $46.41 for taxes (which I understand that charge). Time in for battery installation was 13:06 time in and time out was 16:13. (Over 3 hours later). The extra time doesn’t bother me as much as paying the unquoted $633.70. I like the friendliness of the service people, but not being told the correct “out the door” cost. Afraid the 5 stars that they ask me to give them is not what I believe they should be given.
