As with any dealer, parts and repairs criminally expensive, but customer service with Tony is 5 stars. May take it to private repair shop next, but only because dealers always overcharge.

Actually I was misleaded by the service I bought when i got my car from this dealer. I requested a full Ford service package and I discovered that they gave me a standard service package and I tried to upgrade, they were not flexible although it was their fault
