Service Manager with a Very Threatening Demeanor

I have taken my truck in twice while it is still under warranty and they have given excuses both times as to why they cannot repair it. Their service manager, Brian Collins, has a very threatening demeanor to the point that I took several steps back for fear of what he might do.

Bought a used car here recently and found out it needs $6000 worth of work. AVOID THIS DEALER at all costs!!! Will not repair car. Avoid this place. They sell junk!!

Troy Burns of Greenway Ford reached out to me via email to let me know that I might qualify for a vehicle upgrade. Due to some financial issues over the course of the past 6 months I responded by indicating I didn't feel I would qualify but thanked him none the less. Try wrote me back to indicate that Greenway did have a large network of lenders who specifically deal with people who have credit issues...I told Troy I'd be interested in looking into an upgrade but only if the payment was near the same as what I was currently paying on my 2014 Ford Fiesta and wanted to move from a manual transmission to an automatic transmission. Well, Troy reached out to me a day later and gave me a couple options...I am now the proud owner of a 2017 automatic transmission Ford Fiesta...fully loaded AND with a moon roof plus other benefits. This is my 4th purchase with Greenway and each time I have been blown away by the way the have treated me. Thank you Greenway Ford and Thank you Troy Burns!
