Went in for a recall.
Went in for a recall. They spent all day looking for something to up-charge me for but did inform me they didn’t have the brake component needed to repair the recall I made an appointment for. What a waste of time. & incompetence. They were informed in writing of my VIN number and the recall number they sent me in the mail but were unprepared to do the work. Incompetence is all I get from Coggin Ford. My last 2 visits were just as bad. A starter problem & a Computer replacement.. Both turned out to be bad relays that I diagnosed myself after paying their incompetence fees.

There seems to be a change as I drove in the lot to get the oil changed in my F150. There were a lot of nice cars and trucks in the lot Every time I have been here before I thought the lot was boring but today nicer cars and trucks Did not have an appointment for oil change thinking it would be a couple hours wait but not sure but it was less than a hour Things seemed different? i kidding ask the service writer did you get a new manager and was told yes Keep up what you are doing much better than it was Thank you
