Okay, well this is the second time I've had a problem with this place now. This time I took my car in. I told them to find out, you know, just do a diagnostic, find out what's wrong and please get back to me. And let me know I took it in at 12 o'clock. Noon and didn't get it back until almost 6 o'clock. That evening, i'd like to note no one called me. I had to go up there and find this out myself.when I came in. And talked to the guy he proceeded to tell me exactly what I told him I thought it was when I came in the door he told me nothing new and then told me that the guy who was gonna give me the diagnostic on the car will call me later. Because he's not there right now. And at first he didn't even know where my car was. He went and grabbed the car. Gave it back to me. And as I drove home, it drove even worse than before. And I took it the next day to get a diagnostic from advanced auto. Unfortunately, when they hooked it up, it wouldn't even read the computer of the car. Now, so I'm really not happy with this Ford. My advice to you is don't bother find another spot.

Now, I'm stuck with a repair they should have covered — and zero accountability from their end. This is unacceptable behavior from a business that claims to care about its customers. I would certainly buy from this dealership again — it was a pleasant, no-pressure experience. Everything was handled via text, and my sales rep, Jack Tuthill, was great. I only visited to test-drive and pick up the car.
