I just bought an F-150 from Jenkins. Tom was very easy to work with. No pressure, very informative and did what he said he would do. I highly recommend Tom Stedem and this dealership if you are interested in a new Ford.

Worst dealer ever..I purchased a vehicle from them 3 years ago.Servive was pretty bad back then.. I called them to purchase a new one recently . I Told them I need to purchase a new Ford within 48 hrs to save money on my business tax..I have perfect credit....They worked out a price in which I agreed and didn't hear back from them..I called and dealer multiple times..they have an answering machine ( no live person)..Leave multiple messages and they Do Not return calls..Finally after a week of chasing them I went to Dodge and purchased a new car in about 3 hours!! See YA FORD !! I will never purchase a Ford again if this is what they represent!

Dealt with Philip on a 2013 Cadillac Escalade EXT. I found it online at night for $34,999 and called them the next morning. The price went up to $36,999 overnight plus an $800 dealer fee. The salesman told me the best they could do was $36,000 and knock their dealer fee down to $200. I thought about it overnight and called back the next day. I asked if they could do any better on the price and he said he could knock a couple hundred more off which would bring the price to $36,000. I asked him the amount of the cashiers check I would need. He talked to his financial manager and came back with $37,295. So, the price went up $2,000 one day and another $1,200 the next day and added another $95 fee on for something. Biggest waste of time. I guess they can keep their truck.
