Terrible experience i made two trips there with appts both times and got nothing accomplished. I don't live here and needed to get my truck looked at and nothing happened but bad attitudes

I cannot thank this team enough.
I cannot thank this team enough. Jake went through many quotes with me and really worked to get me the best prices. Mark was patient and showed me the ins and outs of my new vehicle. Pat literally was amazing in financial! He made sure I left a happy customer! Darlene also was wonderful and she has created a great team. Thank you all so much for everything. I?m loving my new Bronco!

Garbage customer service, zero accountability.
Garbage customer service, zero accountability. Valet appointment was canceled 3 minutes before my appointment. Tried communicating through the texting system they have, the person kept copying and pasting the same answer that a manager will be in touch with me and this will be sorted iut ASAP. Nothing happened. Called multiple times but seems like they are always in a meeting ( or thats how they avoid customers! ), finally was able to speak to someone 6 hiurs late who scheduled me to the next day. They get my car at 8 am , despite having an appointment at 9, i call at 5 pm and the service person tells me that they didn't get to my car till 4 pm and they have to keep it over night! Why making an appointment then !!! Zero shame, zero accountability, talks to me like if they are doing me a favor! Next day i have to uber, get a loaner car for the day, drop the loaner later and waste half my day dealing with this. Its been a week, haven't heard back from anyone despite multiple calls. Same answer, leave your number and they will call you back. Shame on you and shame on Ford to have such dysfunctional location. Take your money somewhere else!
