No communication, constantly having to ask for updates and not receiving them Once the vehicle is completed and picked it up, the repair was not communicated properly and I was charged for something that was overinflated and absolutely ridiculous. I was also told something that it was missing when in fact it was never on the vehicle it had to be installed, which was a total lapse and communication from your team. Once I picked up the car, it had an exhaust leak because the quality control process failed at your dealership and we had exhaust coming into the cabin of the vehicle. My child was sick. Had a headache that night not feeling well. I brought it back to the next morning, he had to drive with the windows down and it still had exhaust pouring into the vehicle. This is not a hard thing to complete tighten all the bolts, but there was no quality control checks apparently. What's upsetting to me about this is this would seem like it could be an isolated incident however, when the motor was installed in my truck, the body mounts were left loose and I was driving the truck and you could hear the body flexing which I put my family in that vehicle and drove across state lines and an accident could've been catastrophic with that being loose and if something would've happened so now here we are two times that I've put my family in a vehicle that you guys have done service work on and it could've been catastrophic had I not caught the issue. The amount of liability that the dealership puts themselves in with the quality of work is unbelievable I'm just glad that myself
