They deceive customers with estimates and then inflate
They deceive customers with estimates and then inflate the bills with labor costs when it's time to pay. I took my F-150 in to have only the rear brake pads replaced, and the service advisor, whose last name is Burgos, quoted me approximately $480. When they called me to pay and pick up the vehicle, the bill was $783, leaving me with no option but to pay. They are shameless thieves because there's no way they can justify that a simple brake pad replacement, which took them less than an hour, costs that much, and that they change the bill without notifying me of any additional costs.

On 7/26/2025, I drove down to Lorenzo Ford of Homestead,
On 7/26/2025, I drove down to Lorenzo Ford of Homestead, Florida from West Palm Beach to inquire about a specific used vehicle: a 2023 Chrysler 300 C edition. The vehicle price was about $44,000 before any taxes and fees. The sales transaction and process went smoothly; however, the issues occurred after I purchased my vehicle. My vehicle broke down on 9/9/25 which needed to be towed to a Chrysler dealer (Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM West Palm Beach). The result of it was a broken intake valve spring which was replaced and covered by a warranty. Additionally, the service department informed me that the vehicle was misaligned, and the tires were unbalanced. I believe Lorenzo Ford should be accountable for ensuring the vehicle was properly inspected and resolve any quality issues, especially when my vehicle had a sticker confirming proper vehicle inspection took place. On Thursday October 23rd, I emailed several individuals about the concerns I had about my vehicle and lost mail content they sent. As of this day, I have not received a response from anyone at Lorenzo Ford. I escalated the matter to the Better Business Bureau to help me get a rapid response from the organization and seeking resolution from them, however, as of 12/1/2025, the BBB informed me that Lorenzo Ford failed to respond. Additionally, I've escalated this matter to the Florida Attorney General's Office by filing a complaint with them.
