No one will acknowledge you when you walk in.
No one will acknowledge you when you walk in. Never call to let you know car is ready. Quoted $79 for an oil change, ended up being $119 with taxes fees and extra oil. How does Ford not know how much oil goes in their engines? Tried to bill me 130$ for the oil change because the labor was input wrong. Technicians managed to install the wall panels over top of the seat belts once, and no one noticed until I went to drive it away after 5pm. Had to come back next day. Never have had a good experience with the service department over the 50k miles I've had my truck.
