The work was done on time with no hassle. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who clearly cares about customer service. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Manny and the service department.

Stay away from this dealership. DO NOT buy a used car here. They claim to do a rigorous inspection on the vehicle but they definitely do not inspect it like they say. I recently purchased a 2019 grand Cherokee that had no service lights displayed on dash board. I signed the paper work and scheduled to return folowing morning to pick up vehicle when funds ( $23K of my hard earned money) were transferred. I immediately noticed the check engine light was on andcalled my salesman and agreed to bring it back in the following days to be checked.They decided it it needed to be taken to a jeep dealer and scheduled me to bring it in today. After bringing it in i find out im on the hook for paying for transportation because they dont provide loaners for used cars. They only reason a loaner is needed is because they did not check the vehicle and still sold it, then I''m told it may be several days I'm with out a vehicle. I signed papers for vehicle with nocheckengine light but was given a vehicle with a check engine light on. On top of that the drivers door lock doesnt even lock. They sell junk used cars and highly highly highly recommend shopping at different dealership than Plantation Ford when looking for a used vehicle. Extremely disappointed in the customer treatment.

Rafael at Plantation Ford went out of his way to find the perfect Bronco for me. He listed to all the components that I wanted on the Bronco and made sure everything was on it. Exceptional dealership. Nd best salesman!
