My experience was horrible. Visited there about a year and a half ago. I dealt with their collision center. They are somehow related to GEICO. It was hostile from start to finish. I did nothing wrong. Just wanted by car inspected. I believe there may have been a racial element. I felt threatened and disrespected. My suggestion is to avoid this place at all costs. There are many alternatives. Why take the risk>

Sunt in pictures of my trade in...heard back a coke days later saying "oh haven't heard back from the appraiser, will get back with you shortly"...well that shortly is now 2weeks and counting 😬

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership two months ago, and I am completely dissatisfied. A broken part was identified prior to the close of the sale and a promise from the dealership to fix it under the warranty that they provide. They sent my vehicle to a different dealership to have the part fixed and replaced. My vehicle was inspected by a Ford inspector. I was advised that an answer would be given in 48 hours after the inspection. I am over a month since Last being contacted by service advisors. They will not answer or return my voicemails to give me a status update nor a timeline of when the vehicle can be repaired. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with purchasing through Furman.
