Josh Evans is an amazing service technician.
Josh Evans is an amazing service technician. He made nearly a dozen calls to insure reimbursement would be smooth and efficient. Our MKz inspection and oil and filter change met our expectations. About reimbursement, I was able to call Moto Assure, set up and account and mail MA AutoNation Ford's invoice and payment slips. Low and behold, thanks to Josh, we will get a reimbursement in a couple of weeks. ANF has our business going forward.

Saleperson was rude, arrogant and intentionally tried to belittle me when I expressed that I was no longer interested in a $116K vehicle with a $25K market adjustment. If management would like to review my conversation with their representative, I'd be happy to forward you the conversation. If this is how you treat a buyer interested in a $116K vehicle, I cant imagine how id be spoken to after you had my money.
