Avoid if can, had a 7:15am appointment I had to call in
Avoid if can, had a 7:15am appointment I had to call in after 10 to check the status @ which time I was informed other svcs were recommended …. Would have been. I’ve to have known earlier so work could have started, so they lost my business …. Got paperwork & 2 check list included but not one thing written on them, there was a list on front page w/ some pricing …. If it weren’t for the lifetime oil change I wouldn’t use this dealer for anything, been a nightmare since the minute I looked @ my vehicle !!!!
