Called for info on a new 2020 Ford Escape SE listed on their web site advertised with 5 miles. Was told the vehicle was not available because it was a fleet vehicle. Asked why it was still listed? Was told they have other Escapes for sale. I asked if they had others at the advertised price and with 5 miles? She said no. I told her I found Gengras Ford's tactics to be unethical, unprofessional and unworthy of my business and hung up. Wouldn't go near the place again!

Salesmen Tom Callahan was professional and accommodating. He took the pressures off shopping for a pre-owned vehicle. I will be back to see him when I buy my new car in the new year!

We bought a used Mustang from Gengras. Our salesperson was Jake Secondo. He said he was 21 but seemed older with his knowledge and help. i wish more salespersons were like he is. he had car smarts, respect, great listening skills and just an all around nice person! See Jake for a great buyin experience!!
