IMPORTANT PLEASE READ. Im a disable vet. I went to whaling city to purchase a newer truck. I met a salesman Oscar Garcia. We sat down at his desk. Shows me the sticker price. Gives me a great deal on my older truck. He secures a loan and tells me to refinance in six months. Six months later I'm trying to refinance and having trouble because the newer truck is valued less then what i owe on the truck. So I just wanted to say BUYER BEWARE and I hope this helps other people. I am commenting on the response. First of all Mr. Garcia told me the newer truck was valued at 54000 and he'd take my truck in on a 12000 for a total around 42000 which I paid plus my truck.. The NEWER VEHICLE was only worth 38000. THATS THE ISSUE.

Worst sales team, I ever met

The sales team and Manager made me to drive 60 miles and disappointed me. After reaching their office they said your interested Car is sold and we will guide you for another car selection. Trying to cheat the customer by advertising attractive offers to make customer coming to shop for purchase. Don't trust these guys.....

Worked with Dan on buying a new mazda3. He was honest, straight forward and very professional and helpful. I recommend whaling city. I take my explorer here as well for maintenance and am generally happy.
