This dealer"s service department has gone downhill in the
This dealer"s service department has gone downhill in the last six months or so. I called 6 or 8 times over a 2 week period and couldn't get through to the service department. Left a message but they didn't call back. Needed 2 recalls taken care of that were software updates. I went to another dealer who took my truck on the same day I called. I was on my way within an hour

Terrible service.,high staff turn over. Really have to find another place to get my truck worked on.Took 2 days for relatively simple tasks
