Brought my 2024 Ford Escape for service and left with new 2026 with same payments I had monthly 😊 Sales Representative Cheryl Ann is terrific and knowledgeable of inventory. This dealer"s service department has gone downhill in the
This dealer"s service department has gone downhill in the last six months or so. I called 6 or 8 times over a 2 week period and couldn't get through to the service department. Left a message but they didn't call back. Needed 2 recalls taken care of that were software updates. I went to another dealer who took my truck on the same day I called. I was on my way within an hour
