Emma was EXCELLENT!
Emma was EXCELLENT!!! Emma was very responsive in returning phone calls and answering my questions. She gave me options to choose from for a warranty. Everything she promised she did. Very patient and nice to speak with. I did not have any dealings with Lombard Ford other than renewing an extended warranty for my truck that I bought from another dealer.
