My sales experience was great but the support after has been terrible. My vehicle was traded a month ago and the pay off still has not been processed which has left me paying 2 vehicle payments. I have sent emails and left messages for finance manager Troy and have not heard back for over a week.

Worst experience I have ever had.
Worst experience I have ever had. Don't ask for help after they sold you a car because you won't get. Multiple phone calls never returned. My trade in check still hasn't been recieved by Capitol one to pay off my trade in. Credit has been hit for 30 days late on payment of car I don't have possession and going on 44 days late now and no contact from dealer if check has been sent. They let my application expire 3 times on buying new ford ranger. Again don't ask for help after buying a car because you won't get it.
