Jon made the process very easy and fast when I purchased my used vehicle and was very willing to work with me from the very start, he didn't try to up sell me on anything, but was also able to help me bring the price of the vehicle down to fit my price. If I could give him 10 stars I would because he is a very cool person and does his job very well, and works with the customer. 10 out of 10 would work with him again.

Shad and Chris are great. I’ve purchased a total of 4 vehicles since 2020 and I will not work with anyone else. Thank you for making my recent purchase a good one.

In 2023 my husband and I traveled 600 miles to buy a Black 2013 GMC Denali from Ken Garf Ford in Ft Collins Colorado. I was eight months pregnant with our fifth child and our older suburban was having some mechanical troubles so we decided we needed to upgrade. We called on the Denali and secured it with a deposit so we could drive to Ft. Collins and buy it. The salesman sent us pictures convincing us it was in good shape. The only thing wrong we could see in the pictures was a small dent in the door which was barely noticeable. When we arrived we found that there was much more that was wrong. The dash was cracked and taped with black duct tape, the chrome was peeling, and a couple of the thermal control buttons were peeled also. When I brought this to the dealers attention he said it was normal wear and tear. I have a thirty year old vehicle that doesn’t have one bit of peeling or cracking. After the salesman “graciously” asked to take off $400.00 of the asking price for the repair of the dash we were placed in the small room with the other salesman who made us sit for two hours till we submitted to buying the drive terrain insurance for an additional 5k. I was so upset by the time we were done with the deal and to this day I feel as though we were severely ripped off. We’re still paying on our gmc and the value has significantly decreased. I’m so ashamed we bought the vehicle but I’m also angry at the manipulation we experienced there. Please, for your own good steer clear of this dealership!
