I thought my appointment was at 7:30 am, but it wasn't
I thought my appointment was at 7:30 am, but it wasn't until 1 pm. Jenna squeezed me in, so I didn't have to come back at 1. I really appreciated that, and my service was completed in a timely manner and was finished around 10:30 am. I really appreciated Jenna's extra effort to get me in and her professionalism in making my appointment as convenient as she could for me.

I came to interstate Ford to have a recall issue taken
I came to interstate Ford to have a recall issue taken care of. Mary Jo Fuletti helped me with that problem. I told her that there were other concerns regarding my F150 truck. She listened to my concerns and translated them so that her mechanical staff would understand what needed to be looked at. After an inspection, I was informed that there was about $5000 worth of work to be done. I have a Toyota warranty for the vehicle having bought it used from a Toyota dealer. Mary Jo had difficulty getting a response from the warranty folks but she was tenacious and got an inspector from the warranty office to come look at the truck and approve the work that needed to be done. Through Mary Joe’s and interstate Fords efforts, I had a total of about $6000 worth of work done with no out-of-pocket charges. I will definitely be back when my truck needs service or work.
