I bought a CPO vehicle from this dealership. I bought it on a Friday, and the following Tuesday, it was in the shop for a recall. However, the dealership servicing the recall found numerous issues that aren't immediately obvious and were caused by the last technician to service the vehicle. The sales rep put me in contact with Tim, and he called me one time, but has not returned or given me a call back since. I would not recommend purchasing any vehicle from this dealership.

The sales representative, Lane, put me in contact with Tim, the guest experience manager, and he called me once, but has not returned or given me a call back since. I would not recommend purchasing any vehicle from this dealership.

I had an outstanding experience thanks to Gilbert and Justin. Even though I arrived late in the evening, Gilbert guided me through the entire process from the test drive to the final steps with incredible patience and attention to detail. He made sure everything was completed properly. Justin was also extremely kind. He took the time to explain every detail clearly and made the whole process easy to understand, without ever making me feel rushed. After everything was done, I still had to return my rental car, and Gilbert went above and beyond by driving me to the rental return location in his own car. He even stayed to ensure the return process was handled smoothly. I’m truly grateful their kindness made the entire experience unforgettable, and I know I’ll be smiling every time I drive my new car. Of course, the car itself is fantastic and drives beautifully. P.S. The coffee from the machine at the Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills location was surprisingly delicious!
