Left a Bad Review and Was Told to Never Come Back
6.5.18-Was just told not to come in ever again because my business is not welcome here...due to the DESERVED poor review I made about 6 months ago. Geweke...you need to read your reviews...the most recent are overwhelmingly bad. I paid $2700 for an extended service plan and still have 4 years left. I'll be contacting Ford for a refund. 11.24.17-I am beyond disappointed that this local company I have supported for years has treated me so poorly. I purchase a Kia from Geweke in 2013 and a Ford in 2015. I was happy with the terms of the purchase. Service has been okay, only because I insist on working with Nick...otherwise it was pretty awful before that. Recently though, I've basically been accused of lying twice! I brought my Edge in for a full detail...agreeing to about 30% more than other companies because I wanted two dents repaired at the same. I work from my car so the extra expense was fine to only have my car gone for one day. When I picked it up...dents still there! (the detail job was excellent) The coordinator, Liz, almost completely ruined my entire opinion of Geweke then by saying it was my fault she didn't get the dents repaired. I had specifically scheduled it for a Friday because the specialist is only there on that day. She knew that. I was amazingly clear what I wanted and know for a fact that the mistake was hers. THEN, there were new scratches in my paint. Probably just an accident but I wanted it repaired and she accused me of having them there beforehand. Took me weeks to get them to agree to repair it, they came to my house this morning. I had found another scratch when I returned home that first day and today Anita (full of attitude) AGAIN accused me of lying and would ONLY repair the first two scratches I mentioned before I left the dealership. Liz and Anita have 100% ruined my opinion of Geweke and I will never be able to bring myself to buy a vehicle there again. PS: they refused to coordinate the dent repair NOR offer any kind of compensation for the huge inconvenience. Not even an apology from Liz...which would have gone a long way in repairing the relationship. Based on all the most recent reviews (and the hidden ones) I'd say they have a VERY serious customer service issue.

We purchased our 2016 Ford Fiesta we had a fair experience with the sales department but now the service department that's a whole another story service department ruins the whole dealership do not go to this dealership service department does not care about keeping customers and will fire you as a customer as we were told by Patrick who on the day of a scheduled oil change told us to not come in they cancelled our appointment and to never come back again all based on the fact that we left them bad reviews on things that the service department had done wrong previously with our vehicles including leaving our vehicle with emergency lights on for 2 days until the battery died when we picked it up and calling us to telling us our vehicle is ready for pickup but next day when we came to pickup are car they couldn't find the car or keys and the vehicle wasn't washed as promised Patrick the assistant manager and Scott the manager do not know how to treat customers vehicles and give proper service I would stay away from this dealership I've never heard a dealership say to a customer you were fired as a customer and to tell you to never come back we have filed a complaint with a Ford and we will be contacting our attorney this dealership does not deserve to have people's businesses all we ever wanted was our vehicles properly service with no problems and they couldn't even meet that simple standard and we will not give up until we are satisfied with the remedy

Uncaring environment
Went for safety recall on cooling system they told me that the cooling system valve was not part of the cooling system so therefore it wasn't cover by the recall made me pay $150 for inspection still they didn't care at all the service guy keeps mumbling as well as manager mike
