Had an appointment to buy a truck. Even got a call a couple hours before appointment to confirm I was still going. Drove over 2 hours to the appointment and they said the truck sold the day before. Terrible way to conduct business.

This is my second go round here… Two different management, though, first one a couple years ago was a fiasco. I had to pay for a part that Ford knew was bad, but instead of putting a recall on it, they just decided to charge people to have it fixed, this time I brought my truck in with 63,000 miles on it a week ago… And it took almost a full week to get a diagnosis for my vehicle, and this dealership, maybe all other dealerships will not give you a loaner unless it’s a Ford… Because somehow only giving you a Ford loaner builds up the name… Instead of worrying about customer service, I have not had a vehicle for a week… But instead of them, trying to help somebody out and get them a car to get them back on with their lives because their policy makes them take so long to diagnose your vehicle, they would rather you not be comfortable because they only want to give you a Ford vehicle… The only reason I brought my vehicle in here is because I live 1/2 mile away from here… Communication is intermittent and sporadic. I get texts from two different numbers, But with no real updates on anything

AWFUL dealer!

AWFUL dealer! Sales person: Razi. I found the color Mach E Rally I wanted: star white that I was looking for and contacted the dealer yesterday. Sales person said come in and test drive it. Got an email to confirm I can test drive it. I wanted to test the suspension out. When I came in today, the same salesperson said no test drive is available unless I was buying at MSRP. I was stunned - I asked is this normal for a dealer to refuse a test drive ? He said the Rally is a constrained trim and the dealer said no test drives unless you are buying. I walked out. Do NOT go to this shady dealer. They think their cars don't smell... Harold called back to apologize but didn't do anything to change their rules. BTW Ford Motor pre-qualified me for $86,000 which is way more than the price of the Mach E GT.
