Warranty repair

First of all I have a 2019 mustang gt and I purchased the extended warranty so i could just drive my car in and not have to worry. I also have a 2001 f-150. So about 3 weeks ago I have a slow leak in my mustang tire so I drive over to ford of upland on foothill because it had great reviews and they have been the only dealer that has worked on my car. When I drive up it looked empty so as I got closer I see a sign that says they have moved. I make it over to the new dealership service department and it just wasn't the same. Before the service folks were very friendly and bubbly. At the new place it was not welcoming at all. So the service man that I ended up speaking to couldn't find my paper work and wanted to charge me $25.00 for a screw in my tire which I thought was ridiculous so I left and American tires did the job for free.

Took my 2016 F150 in for it was overheating back in October of last year. This repair was over $2,000 where they replaced the radiator, water pump, thermostat and a fan. Since that repair the radiator fan has been so loud that I have had to turn off my engine while ordering at any drive through. Fan stopped running and then the overheating started up once again. Now they want another $750 to replace the fan. Didn't have an issue with this truck till I had a water leak in the turbo pump, then mysteriously the other turbo pump leaked, then the coils started going bad, then overheating issue. This is my last Ford!

I recently had a water pump installed due to a fluid leak. A week later I had a breakdown and turns out the water pump was defective. The Service writer Eric took care of everything and gave me a loaner car until mine was back on the road. I usually don't leave reviews but I felt I should since they took such good care of me. I will continue getting my vehicle serviced at ford of upland.
