Worst ford service dealer out of the 4 i have been to, denied a service warranty on blue cruise sensor which keep breaking everytime i hit a bump, hidden charges on fake diagnoatics, took a week for 50k miles service (alignment/inspection) and 1 recall work (updating a module), no loaner vehicle, told me the car was ready to pick up when it wasnt so i wasted a friends time amd my time who had to drop me off, porter driver took me home and found out half way that he had someones car keys with him so he drove back, drove back recklessly fast put my life and sons life in danger amd wasted out time again. Will definetely tell evrryone amd writd a definite review on ths
