Avoid Future Ford over in Madison Avenue in Sacramento California they tried to do the old bait and switch game on me on a car that they told me is on the lot hours before I arrived by scheduled appointment I arrived and there is no car like they claimed on there website they claimed is at another lot and immediately tried to show me something else I am not interested in. They should off told me from the start hours before showing up to the dealership because they have that information in hand in there system and because they did not say anything shows the integrity of all there staff members it also shows they don’t have consideration for you the customer. As soon as I perceived there trickery and as soon as I was told the car is not here I walked out the lot I don’t play that game.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Had my car in for the brakes and an oil change... $900 later and I have an error coming up on the dash about the lane assist system malfunctioning. David in the service department says oh it's probably nothing. They've been messing around up there where the sensors are. So I make another appointment and take it in. Another $400 and a new gateway module and the problem still exists. They are now telling me it's another $1900 to replace another module and then they will have to retest. I seriously regret buying my car from them. I was talked into a maintenance program and now when I take it in for regular service I end up getting quoted a bunch of repairs?? Error lights start flashing on the dash? And of course, my warranty JUST ran out. This place is ridiculous and I feel like a lawyer is my next step. Extremely unsatisfied.
