Johnny Rodriguez is the worse service person I have ever dealt. They make a appointment for a problem with my 2021 explore st and it sits there for days with nothing being looked at. Now he saying it had error codes for months witch is funny because we only had it for a month. Thanks for wasting my time and 65k for a xxxx box explore. What a wast!!!

I had purchased tags on my old car, in December to be exact. I have DP plates that go with me to every vehicle I purchase; I told that to finance, so they neglected to do a Transfer of plates to the new car I leased, now mind you I already paid my tags.
I received new tags and plates that I did not need. That cost me 409.
I went to the dealership, and they said plates don’t transfer, and you can’t put them on until you get your new plates , and even then , you are not entitled to a refund, long story short, I am entitled, when it comes to DMV plates and transfer, they don’t know what they are doing. I have purchased my last car from that dealership.
