My recent car buying experience at Ken Grody Ford Redlands was surprisingly smooth and enjoyable! The dealership had a peaceful vibe that made me feel at ease right from the start. I worked with a salesperson named Alex who was really informed and attentive, making sure I understood everything about the 2025 Ford Escape which really suited my needs. His friendliness added a personal touch that isn't always common in car sales. I left happy with my purchase and impressed by the customer-oriented service. If you're looking for an stress-free experience, I'd highly recommend them! Jimmy the sales manager was top notch best experience I’ve ever had buying a car and I’ve bought plenty of them

Overall, my experience was excellent. Travis Manning was fantastic—he took the time to explain all the features of the car in detail and answered every question we had. The entire process, including signing the paperwork, was quick and efficient. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others!
