If I could give negative stars I would. I have financed leased or negotiated deals on about 14 cars. I have never dealt with a more rude dishonest and unprofessional sales team. The salesman I spoke to agreed to my original offer, monthly payment, 72 months, zero down, zero drive off, on approved credit. Then when I got to the dealership on 7/19/2025. They counter offered with a significantly higher monthly payment. Today they asked me for a $2500 down payment and 84 months instead of 72 months at the same monthly payment they asked for on Saturday. Unless you want to pay $35,848 after 84 months for a 2020 used car that they advertised for $20,800, DO NOT EVER COME HERE!!! To make a point I asked the same salesman how much for the car $20,800 car if I pay cash. He told me $27,000 and change. When l later spoke to his boss and asked him the same question, pay in cash, he quoted me a price of $25,625. And I have receipts to prove that they agreed to my original offer through text. This is worse than a bait and switch. This is lie then lie about the lie and then lie even worse. I regret that I didn’t read other reviews that warned about this dealership. I feel terrible that based on their business practices they must have taken advantage of thousands of people. Maybe that’s why they call their certification, Ford Advantage???
