We took our truck in for electrical recall issues. They repaired them and upon getting our truck home our lights were staying on. Google said that this could be a problem with our battery. We replaced the battery and that battery went bad within a few hours. We returned to Perry Ford and they said our alternator had gone bad coincidentally. They replaced our alternator under extended warranty but when we picked up our truck the drivers side headlight had gone bad. When we complained to the service tech, he said we never check things that our customers don’t complain about. We took our car in for an electrical problem not a problem with the headlight. Why would we complain about a headlight that was working before we brought the truck in? The service tech said he could not get a headlight in until 8 days from today. He said not to worry, we can take the truck into the shop when we get to Texas at a new $100 deductible. He said he would waive the $100 if we bring the truck back with a s*** eating grin after he knew the truck would be out of state. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Will never return to Perry Ford.

I was very nervous after seeing the reviews . They are the only local dealer that had the color and trim I was looking for. I got there expecting bad things and it was totally different t than these bad reviews. A sales person named Paco helped me and I was happy from start to finish . I will be referring family and friends ! Thank you Paco, Albert, and Kam!

This dealer had a 2023 Ford Explorer xx listed for sale. It was listed at $48,960. It turns out this is a demo unit, that the owner "Perry" himself is currently driving. I inquired about mileage, as it was listed as "3 miles" driven, so I wanted to verify. It took them over a week to get back to me. I was told it has 7k miles, but would be sold as "NEW" as it has never been sold. All of that was fine and dandy, until they RAISED THE PRICE to $61,710!!! It's as if they realized they have a diamond in the rough, and got GREEDY!! To top it all off, I was told it was the owner himself that raised the price! This dealership is definitely run by a Shady, and Greedy leader. I DO NOT recommend buying from this dealer. Even the sales rep that followed up with me said "Trust me, I'm not like the Owner". What a joke!!
