One of the worst experiences at a dealership.
One of the worst experiences at a dealership. Spoke to the internet department ask about pricing they stated that they only give pricing at the dealership and it would be worth my time to drive down to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership there was no parking finally found a place to park. Met with the person communicated with. Sat down to discuss pricing he left 15 minutes later he came back with a $40k price tag on a car that was $33k . I stated to him this was not good pricing. They added a bunch of xx add ons. Left for another 15 minutes. Came back pricing again showed me a sheet and stated they reduced the price by $500 dollars. I drove an hour away to get treated poorly. This dealership lies to customers just to get them in so they can meet their quota’s of calling and getting people to come to the dealership to purchase cars. I think they should be transparent about pricing and let the customer know that they don’t intend on giving a discount. This way a person doesn’t waste their time and money by driving down to this dealership. The employees get paid for their time customers do not be considerate to the customer. I will never recommend this to anyone so they can be treated like this. I person from the dealership reached out and ask how my experience was I stated that it was horrible and to call me to explain what happened. She Stated that she would look into it and never called me back. I guess this dealership is used to treating a customers like trash.

Waste of time.
Waste of time. Did a test drive had to go to gas station were new truck broke down. Had to wait for 15 to 20 minutes to fix. Told they were going to heavy discount truck but they never did. WASTE HOURS OF MY DAY THERE.

I was searching online for a used Ford Edge but couldn't
I was searching online for a used Ford Edge but couldn't find the exact model I was looking for until I found the 2024 Ford Edge at Ford of Montebello. I reached out via the site and asked for more info. Julio called and informed me they still had it and we set up an appointment for me to come in. I drove up from San Diego to see the car. When I arrived everyone was extremely friendly and said hi. Julio introduced me to Fabian who was going to go on the test drive with me. Fabian showed me the different features the Edge had and how to use them. There was a great deal on the car and it was brand new. So I told Julio and Fabian I'd take it. The whole process was easy. Julio and I discussed numbers and warranties. I signed the papers with Sandy from Finance who made the process go smoothly. She answered all my questions I had about the papers. This was one of the easiest car purchase I've made. Highly recommend this dealership.
