Sold us a used EV but when we realized the charging cord
Sold us a used EV but when we realized the charging cord was not in the vehicle, they didn’t want to even split the cost to by a new one. They could even top off the battery before we left. Could have at least offered to fill out other car with gas instead, but no.

Customers are pushed to make appointments on line. Apparently, the business has not used their own apps. From a computer, the web page is blocked by chat, when closed it is then blocked by a map with no way to remove it. Went in for transmission. No selection available. Only to show up and find out they are full father month. So very disappointing when your time is valuable. Mobile app had its own issues.
