Terrible business with shady practices.

Terrible business with shady practices. Started interactions great but went down hill fast. Sunday 7/13/2025 I started messaging with Eric or so his message says. Went back and forth and asked him what it would take to buy online and have a vehicle delivered. He reply’s let me see what it takes to get that done. I thank him and wait and wait and wait. Monday I ask him again what the price would be and what it would take to get this purchased asap and delivered. Again he says I’m trying to find out for you. Again I wait and wait and wait. Today ,Tuesday rolls around and I pull up the vehicle in the morning same price 27k. I message Eric again and say hey I’m still waiting and he reply’s I’m still checking for you. This afternoon after selling my truck I contact him via phone and say what’s going on I’d like to purchase this vehicle asap. I told him the price and he says no it’s 29800 now. Sorry price changed AI did. He states let me call you back. Hour goes by and no call so I call back. Eric picks up that phone and says sorry my AI department says my new price is 29800. Unethical practices. You have interest in the car and you raise the price 2000 dollars. Wow. I was ready to buy. Had financing set up and ready. Great job at DIAMOND Ford! Do yourself the favor and read their other poor reviews. 2 stars, I wonder why. Good luck selling the car that’s been there 2 months!
