Went to negotiate the sticker price after the test drive. Sales guys was friendly about it until I asked to come down just 2k. Even showed the same vehicle at a different dealership exactly. He told me to go there and get it. Even CarMax beat the Aaron price out, only difference there was the color. Think his name was Tim. My cousin went in the following month and the vehicle was still there at the price I asked for! He tried to make a deal on it and they did the same with him. The office is trash, they all hate their jobs.

I purchased a Bronco from Aaron Ford 7 months ago online they delivered it to me, today I took it into my local ford dealership because it was making a, noise, immediately the dealership was charging me 300 dollars because of the lift kit, even after i told them i purchased the Bronco from dealer as is. nevertheless, i called Aaron's service department spoke to Alex Perez and he covered the charge for this dealership to fix the issue, talk about standing up and staying true to your customers. Alex Perez Made all of Aarons Ford of Lake Elsinore look top notch. my next Bronco is definitely coming from Aarons.
