Huntington Beach Ford

Absolutely ridiculous trying to get in contact with this dealership for even the bare minimum service. I called them trying to get a quote for how much replacing a brake light would cost and there was no one available to answer the question. I eventually just left a message with the girl who picked up the phone for her to pass on to any of the service advisors. One of these advisors did attempt to reach back out, but when I wasn't able to answer the call, no voicemail was left, not was there any attempt to reconnect about the service that was required for my vehicle. I instead am going to a different shop to get this service done for my vehicle, and will likely continue to go them instead. This isn't the first time I've had issues with any Ford dealership and their service department, which lends itself to this being a larger corporate issue in how they train their staff and service advisors. If you're considering going to a Ford service department for repairs or even routine checks on your vehicle, run away and look elsewhere for a better shop.

I went in for an oil and filter change, no air filter needed, and change rear end (differential) fluid and they billed me about $500.00. Anyone that knows anything about vehicles or how much services cost knows that's robbery. I'm from Oregon, they took advantage.

If you dread the process of getting a new car, I can assure you, AJ will change your mind. He has gone above and beyond to earn our trust and loyalty. I cant recommend him enough.
