We went in for an under 45 minute advertised oil change. We were quoted 2.5 hours for an oil change that should take less than 20 minutes by Cindy. She was extremely rude and said "Sir, this isin't Jiffy Lube" when I asked why it would take so long to do such a simple, EASY job that anyone with a lift and an oil filter wrench could do. It's obvious that she cares more about her ridiculous manicure than customer service.

My interest was in a leftover "new" 2024 Ranger XLT with 8 miles on the odometer. The dealer contact's demeanor was not pushy and very polite which encouraged me to want to work with them. However, he ultimately informed me this Ranger had sold before he and I could come to terms on a price for the truck. I'd definitely do business with this dealer if the opportunity ever again arises.

It all started out okay.
It all started out okay. Emails back and forth but anytime a few days went by without me responding I got an email asking “I have not heard from you and was curious if I have done anything wrong or somehow offended you in any way?” The first time I thought it was weird. By The third time it was just too much. I told Kristopher Jensen - Internet Manager, I was extremely busy and would get back to them when I was ready to buy but apparently this wasn’t sufficient enough to keep the weirdly phrased question away. I definitely won’t be doing business with them and possibly won’t be doing any business with Lincoln at all. The sad thing is I have to buy in the next couple days and was really pushing towards buying a Lincoln.
