SCAMMERS !!!! Fairfield Ford, Fairfield, CA 94534 Knew very well it was a bate and switch by advertising a New 2020 F250 for $23,773.00. Telling me the closest they could "find" one would be around $35,000. Also saying that it was sold over a week ago but still advertised it.

I went to the service department today to have a battery replaced in my Lincoln . Steven waited on me and he is amazing . He's a really professional. This kind of service is why keeping coming back ! Thanks

I have to tell you. I am 66 years old and I have purchased many many vehicles in my life and I have never enjoyed to process as much as I did with this purchase. LaVonne Gillette was my sales person and there are no words I can say that would do justice to how she treated me and with her knowledge, thoughtfulness, undivided attention she gave me and my daughter who also got a vehicle from her at your dealership!!! I would without hesitation return to her for another purchase and would strongly recommend and do anything in my power to persuade friends to visit your showroom and seek LaVonne to help them!!! You should commend her and have all you employees take her example in their dealings with their customers!!! Do not loose her!!! Thank you, Jeff Mathews proud new owner of a 2017 Platinum Explorer! P.S. I also want to let you know that her manager Matt was also one hell of a guy!! Congratulations to you to have the privilege of having these folks in you employ!!
