Thanks for getting back to me. So I have a few issues about what you said. let me start off by saying i moved here about a year ago and last dealership we worked with we bought 10 vehicles 0 miles on it paid cash and we traded in an old one every 2 years. My son is looking for a car and he gets 60k to spend on anything he can find. I had a couple friends that went to you guys. one that went in got something from you. they just had a baby not rich at all but willing to help other to make thing right been threw xxxx losing family and having people steal from him well i know you guys haven't treated him right and i'm trying to figure out why cause you say used vehicle has 3 month 3000 miles and he had issues since day 1 and still didn't get it resolved. If you guys are going to be my dealership we are going to do business with till we transfer again then I need to know that you guys are truthful and do right. if you can show this. the perfect car my son wants a ford and that's all we bought was fords but i'll be more than happy to switch if dealership isn't right. let me know what your team would like to do. I have the money, I have your trust and do what is right by your warranty. thanks chris. I tried to contact them and they reply but when i reply back that information i didn't get a response from them. we are really interested in buying from them but i just need to know if we can trust them. i went there and looked with my son to let him pick out anything he wanted and we found one of the cars had leaking shocks. if you guys are willing to stand by your word let us know and we will fix are posted updating it to 5 stars if we don't get response and problems fix we will leave it as is. money doesnt matter to us i rather have people be trusting and any friend of mine that needs help im willing to help them. but long story short we want to stay with ford and we live in town if you guys want us as a customer for long time let us know thanks

Today, we had four key fobs that had failing batteries in them. We struggled with the task, so we went to Harper Ford, Eureka to see if they could help. We were very pleased with Dave at the Parts and Services Department. He was very pleasant and even though it was small tedious request, he cheerfully completed it as if we were the best customers in the world. We have purchased three cars from them in the past and in each transaction, it was never a time that I felt that we were pressured but treated respectfully. The parts department also serviced our car, as well, for a recall and again the service was wonderful. We highly recommend Harper Ford's dealership. In fact, for one of the cars we purchased, we walked away from another car dealership due to their aggressive sales person and the added on additions when it was time to sign on the dotted line for the purchase. The best decision we ever did.

Harper traveled from Arizona to Eureka with his family in a 1912 Ford Model-T to settle and begin his Ford dealership in downtown Eureka located approximately 250 miles north of San Francisco. Today great-grandson Trevor Harper oversees the operation that has been serving the North Coast for over 100 years.
