Promised and charged me for pick up and delivery when my Lincoln needed future service. Dealership denied doing a pick and delivery on my first oil change. Called and spoke to a manager who insisted he made a notation in their system so I would no longer have the issue. Called service department back to schedule service and was advised there is no notation in the system indicating the vehicle would be picked up. Dishonest and they got an extra $450 from me when we bought the car.

I went in to Palm Springs motors to do a lease buyout.

I went in to Palm Springs motors to do a lease buyout. I did contact Ford. They suggested to go to my local Ford dealership and they would help me out. I did call Palm Springs Ford. I did tell him what was going on that I wanted to do at least buyout, they said sure will help you come in when I went in Cody was the reps name or salesman that helped me out I did tell them I had my own loan for my bank, which gave me a good rate somewhere in the middle of the conversation they try to sell me a new car and I told him no I don’t want a new car. I’m happy with the car I have he left the area we were in. I’m assuming to go talk to his boss to explain to him what was going on. He did come back and tell me I’m sorry we cannot help you. You have to leave. This was really unexpected and unprofessional.

HORRIBLE, PLEASE READ I recieved a call at work, from the sales presentative (Greg, I think was his name), stating, my down payment did not go through, and they were sending my account to collections, by the end of the day. I explained to the gentleman, I was in the middle of seeing patients at work, but my banking log said Palm Springs Motors had taking the money. He assured me, the company had not recieved the money and MY account will be sent to collections if not cleared up by the end of the day. NO call back, over 5 hrs, I could only think of the worst (panicking inside), but had to make sure my patients were safe and cared for. I managed to leave work early thinking the worst: have my account been hacked, perhaps someone had gotten access to my accounts again, would they clear out all of my funds before I could assure the safety of the people, to whom intrusted me with the care of love ones and selves. I would have to deal with my issues after work, but customer service is #1, regardless of the work, you choose to do. I finish up early, and drive to Palm Springs Motors I show them my account history where it does state the money has been taking out. At this time I sit and wait for about 30 mins, then the sales rep comes out and tell me, I am sorry, no one checked with the finance department, your payment went through over a week ago. So everything is cleared up on their end and you are free to go is what I was told. Its not cleared up on my end because you have wasted my time, ran my BP up, have distraught, all because they did not communicate in the beginning, but did not even value me as a paying customer enought to check the recieving departments after I told them it was taking out of my account. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! I would not advise anyone to purchase at this place. There are plenty new and used car dealerships around on the same strip, that probably value the WORKING MIDDLE CLASS, enough to communicate, and cause unused stress. I think it is time for US middle class, law abiding, everyday working citizens to stand up and demand to be treated like humans, and valued where we spend our money. I was offered a dinner, but I dont like fast food, I perfer to cook. This is the WORST EXPERIENCE I Have Ever Had.
