Amazing car buying experience ! Started with Kevin Gitesatani who showed us the different options, helped us select and place a factory order of the car we were looking for. Continued with Kyle Kainz, who placed the order, followed any question in the same day, many times within minutes and gave us detailed instruction to the new car , while keep smiling, answering all questions and addressing any concern. Ended with Kevin in finance, who was able to make modifications on the fly and we had the shortest experience in finance we ever had (and we bought multiple ne cars in the past) Overall awesome experience from start to finish and we are looking for same experience with our ne Expedition.
